Despite our rigorous quality inspection before shipping, there may be rare instances where a defective item is shipped. If you receive a defective product, kindly send an email immediately to retta@rettajane.com with your order number, 2-3 images and a description of the damage. Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing fault within 90 days of purchase. It is essential to note that wear and tear damages are not deemed faulty.
Whenever possible, we strive to repair faulty items. However, if you wish to exchange your item, please keep in mind that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to inventory availability. You will receive a refund if the item is not reparable or replaceable.
