Holiday Season Return Policy 

(November 15, 2024 - January 31, 2025)

Returns and Exchanges

  • Extended Return Window:  Returns and exchanges accepted until January 31st for all items purchased between November 15 and December 31st

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Merchandise must be in new condition with original tags attached

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

  • Free Return Shipping: We will cover return shipping charges during the holiday period

Return Process

  1. Email your return request to: hello@rettajane.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Preferred exchange option

Note: Retta Jane reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet stated criteria.

Special Holiday Considerations

  • Gift cards will be available for items unable to be directly refunded

  • Free return shipping for all eligible returns

Additional Details

  • Standard policy terms apply for returns outside the holiday period

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment

  • Items must be purchased directly from rettajane.com
