We want you to love your Retta Jane pieces. Here's our returns policy:

Standard Returns (14 days) Items in new condition with original tags attached can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All sale items are final sale.

Holiday Extended Returns (through January 15, 2026) Gifts purchased for the holidays can be returned through January 15, 2026. Simply return the item with the original tags attached and your receipt or order number.

How to Return Email us at hello@rettajane.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

What to Know

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping is prepaid by us
• Refunds process within 5-7 business days
• Damaged items? We'll exchange them—reach out right away

Gift Returns Received as a gift? You can return for a refund or store credit. Just include the order number from the gift receipt.
