Returns

Merchandise in new condition is eligible for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.  It must also meet the following criteria: 

• Item is returned within 14 days of receiving the order
• Item was purchased from rettajane.com
• Item has all original tags attached
• Item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged*)

Retta Jane has the right to deny a return or refund.

To begin the return process, please send us a note: retta@rettajane.com.  Please note that original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.  Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable, unless Retta Jane made an error.  Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

Note: All sale items are final sale.

(*In the rare case that you receive a damaged garment, we will gladly exchange; please reach out to us right away!)

Gift Returns

Should you receive a Retta Jane item as a gift, you may return it or receive a store credit.  You must have the order number and zip code or email or phone number of the order.  Please contact us at retta@rettajane.com to begin the process.
